Natural SelectionIts the survival of the fittest which means an organism who is best suited to the environment. Natural Selection starts with variation in the trait. the necessities for natural selection include variation in trait, trait must be heritable, and differential reproductive success. There are three types of Natural selection; Stabilizing selection, Disruptive selection, and directional selection. Stabilizing selection is when the environment supports the average. Disruptive selection is when the environment supports the extremes. Whereas directional selection supports one extreme.

Allele Frequency
Alleles are versions of traits that can aid in survival and get passed on(or nah) There are four factor sin total that occurs in allele frequency: mutation, genetic drift, migration and natural selection. Mutation is the only form where new alleles are created. Mutation has its pros and cons. It can be harmful because it can effect reproduction succession. Genetic drift is a random change in allele frequency. Amish people mostly have six fingers since most have incest relationships. They also interbreed and the population Bottleneck is extreme and changes an environment rapidly. Migration (gene flow) is when a group of individuals move from population to population and create new alleles.
Sloth Evolution
Sloths first appeared in South America about 60 million years ago and were similar to other mammals like the Armadillo and anteater. All three are a group of mammals that come from Xenarthra. Sloth can only belong to two families, they are either a three- toed sloth or a two- toed sloth. Unfortunately, There has not been any evidence found for the three toed sloth.
